  • Michael
    Michael Booth Executive Director

    “The best part of my day is knowing I’ve helped make the lives of our residents more engaging and enjoyable.” Michael (Mike) Booth grew up in Ohio where he graduated from the University of Akron with a BS in Business Administration and Finance. Shortly after graduation, he started his career in Senior Housing as a controller with a large retirement community, where he was promoted to Executive Director. Over the next 35 years, he continued his career with increasing authority and responsibility, serving communities with both very large national companies as well as locally owned, private companies. His career continued with roles as an Area Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Budgeting and Special Projects, and Regional Vice President of Operations. Most recently Mike had worked as a consultant to a variety of communities focusing on new property development, acquisitions, marketing and census building. Mike has successfully managed and directed senior housing communities in over 30 states from coast- to-coast. With his extensive experience, collaborative approach to management and focused leadership, he will continue to build on the foundation of Resident and Family Focused services and amenities to our community.

    Tina Hill Director of Business Development

    Tina brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors through innovative solutions and strategic growth initiatives. Her journey in senior living began after she graduated from Merced College in California. Tina’s educational background, coupled with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the senior living industry. She is passionate about creating vibrant and supportive communities for seniors, and she continues to drive positive change and growth in her role as Director of Business Development.

    Fabiola Valcin Sales and Marketing Director

    “Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve enjoyed being of service to people and helping others.” Fabiola has been involved in the Senior Healthcare industry since she was 16. Initially, she began as a server, gradually advancing in her career and taking on roles such as Activities Director and Marketing Director. Presently, she holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director, which reflects her vast experience and dedication to the field. For Fabiola, happiness comes from assisting others and providing essential information to families and caregivers about the available senior care choices. Her passion for helping seniors and their loved ones makes her a compassionate and valuable asset to the Senior Healthcare industry.

    Lisa Thweatt, RN Health and Wellness Director

    With over 25 years of nursing experience, Lisa is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents at The Club at Boynton Beach. Her extensive background spans various healthcare settings, including a strong focus on assisted living in South Florida. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s Degrees in Nursing and Community and Public Health.

    Lisa is passionate about fostering an environment of exceptional care, positivity, and support for our residents. Her commitment to health and wellness ensures that each resident receives compassionate, personalized attention to help them thrive in our community.

  • Carlinz
    Carlinz Thelemaque Director Of Culinary

    “All my life, cooking has been my passion.” As early as six years old, Carlinz Thelemaque’s mother started teaching him to cook. Originally from Haiti, Carlinz moved to West Palm Beach almost 25 years ago. In 2000, Carlinz started as a busser at Brookdale Senior Living. In three short months, he was promoted to a server, and in a year, he became a line cook. After that, he was promoted to Management Trainee, and then to Associate Director of Dining, and then to Director of Dining Services. In the summer of 2018, Carlinz settled down in Boynton Beach to work as Director of Culinary Services at Discovery Senior Living. Now, we’re proud to have him as an asset to our team at The Club. For Carlinz, the most rewarding part of working in senior living is learning from residents’ experiences. He believes each person is full of surprises and can share valuable insight into our history and humanity. In return, he says, “I love making a difference in their lives.”

    Neiba Victoria Business Office Manager

    “I believe to better care for people of all ages, it truly takes a village.” I began my career as a preschool teacher in 2010. In 2017 I started my work with Seniors at an independent living facility. My greatest accomplishment is being a mother to my amazing son, Matthew who was diagnosed with ASD at a young age. We could not have done this without the continuous support of our friends and family. My passion is to help people, from children to the elderly. I look forward to continuing my career and my aspirations to serve the people of my community as I look to grow as a mother and now a Business Office Manager.

    Jaelle Michel Move-In Coordinator

    Jaelle is an expert at crafting vibrant and engaging environments for senior residents. As the Move-In Coordinator, she ensures a smooth transition into our beautiful community for new residents and provides support to our Sales and Marketing team. A 2019 graduate of Palm Beach State College and currently advancing her education at Florida International University, Jaelle is committed to personal and professional growth. Her dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors and her ongoing pursuit of excellence make her an invaluable asset to The Club at Boynton Beach team.

  • Samantha Lambro
    Samantha Lambro Lifestyle Director

    “I first learned to enjoy connecting with seniors through art and through that I learned there’s always something to smile about.” Samantha Lambro, originally from Manhasset, NY, relocated to Palm Beach County at the age of seven. Her venture into senior living began during college, where an internship in art therapy for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients revealed her passion for working with seniors. The turning point on her first day of the internship led Samantha to discover her calling. Coincidentally, her grandmother was retiring from the senior living industry at the same time, fostering a shared commitment to enhancing resident engagement. Samantha’s fulfillment in her role stems from the smiles she brings to residents’ faces. Her favorite aspect of the job is building lasting relationships, delving into residents’ histories, and being part of their unique chapter at The Club — their chosen forever home. She believes everyone has a story and takes pride in contributing to this significant chapter in their lives.
